We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Apparel & Accessories
We are using a third party print on demand service to fill orders and report returns for apparel. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please double check all details in your cart before submitting your purchase.
If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund. Please contact me within the 30 days of purchase so that I can submit a issue form to our supplier/manufacturer.
Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, the manufacturer will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. Direct Asset is responsible for capturing the correct information from the customers.
Supplements
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are either replaced or fully refunded.
If you notice an issue with the products or anything in the order that seems to be out of place, contact our customer support team/submit a return request and send a photograph along with a brief explanation of the problem. We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement/refund. If your claim gets approved, and you require a replacement, we will have a new order shipped to you within 3 business days. In case you request a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few workdays.
We will not grant a refund for:
Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed Shipments: Any shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
How to submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page located on the bottom, and then request a return.
Log in to your account:
1. In the email field, enter your email address, and then click continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
6. Select a return reason, please add a note and picture to review the issue.
7. Click request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
